What is Mind & Motion?
Mind and Motion is a unique, in-home wellness experience that blends gentle movement, mindful conversation, and guided self-care. Designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, these sessions are tailored to you (and up to 2 friends) — whether you're looking for calm, positivity, or a little extra motivation.

What’s Involved?
Each session lasts approximately two hours and takes place in the comfort and privacy of your own home. You can choose to work individually or with a small group of up to three people — perfect for friends, partners, or family members who want to support each other.
Sessions typically include:
Stretching and mobility work to release tension and improve flexibility
Light workouts to gently boost energy, strength, and circulation
Intentional conversation and reflection time to support mindset and positivity
