All of my consultations are undertaken at the client's home (Online option also available), offering a unique opportunity to create a relaxed environment. The setting allows for open conversations to flow naturally and helps me to focus my energy on providing you with a tailored health and wellbeing plan that will help you launch your journey.

My commitment to your success goes beyond the initial consultation. I firmly believe in not leaving my clients to navigate their journey alone. I provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, ensuring that you have the guidance and motivation you need every step of the way. Furthermore, for a comprehensive assessment of your progress and tailored adjustments, I provide timely progress consultations which allow me to furnish you with a fresh plan tailored to your evolving needs and goals.

I allocate a generous timeframe of two hours for each initial consultation (one hr for progress consultations), allowing ample time for in-depth discussions. ​​
