I understand that individual needs vary. I can accommodate clients by adjusting the frequency of progress consultations and health and wellbeing plans, whether that means spacing them further apart, or scheduling them closer together. The flexibility allows me to tailor the coaching experience to suit specific progress rates and lifestyles. Please note that altering the frequency may impact the overall price, but I will work with you to make sure we meet your needs and goals. I don't believe in tying my clients into an agreement for a specific length of time, and always give my clients the piece of mind of being able to cancel their journey with StrongStart Consultants at any time. Online Option

Offering my exceptional service online allows clients from far afield to access my expertise. However, certain elements are not available as part of my online service, mainly health testing and our Walk & Talk sessions. The rest of my service remains the same.
